Acceptance of Terms

By using Up and Pop’s balloon art services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Up and Pop provides professional balloon art and decoration services for various events including but not limited to parties, weddings, corporate events, and celebrations. Our services include balloon arrangements, installations, and custom designs.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date subject to availability
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and electronic payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days notice: Full refund minus deposit
• 14-29 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days: No refund, but may reschedule subject to availability
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Liability and Insurance

Up and Pop carries general liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for:

• Damage to balloons after installation due to weather, pets, or guest interaction
• Allergic reactions to latex or other balloon materials
• Venue-related issues beyond our control
• Personal property damage not directly caused by our negligence

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate venue information and access details
• Ensuring venue allows balloon decorations
• Informing us of any latex allergies among guests
• Providing adequate workspace and power access if needed
• Supervising children around balloon installations

Intellectual Property

All custom designs and arrangements created by Up and Pop remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise.

Force Majeure

Up and Pop shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
